Kevin Babich-VP of EngineeringHe has an A.A.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. Founder of NIC Technologies, after determining a need for integrated communications systems for both voice and data, mobile and fixed in the central region of the US. He performs the function of lead system engineer for both design and installation. He provides training to end users technical departments for the installation and long term maintenance of wireless communications networks. Additionally, his roles include increasing company brand awareness, focus account growth, technical speaking and sales engineering support. |

Richard Dickus-VP of SalesHe has a B.S. in communications from the Rodchester Institute of Technology and M.B.A. from Purdue University. He worked in the photographic market as a sales/operations manager for Lifetouch, one of the largest high school and collegiate photographers in the US. Richard joined NIC Technologies in 2002 to develop the local sales presence. Currently, he provides sales direction and support to the company’s growing sales department. Additionally, he manages company focus accounts requiring upper level sales support. |

Keith Saulsgiver-VP of Service, Support & InstallationHe has worked in various aspects of the Wireless Communications field for the past 16 years in the capacity of management. He joined NIC Technologies in 2001 specifically to implement new process and procedure for the implementation of new customer systems and the company’s repair depot. |

Joseph Chappell – Senior TechnicianJoe served in the US Military for four years in the Navy Electronics Technician program specializing in wireless communications and radar. Joe then went on the work in the civilian wireless communications field for the past 16 years. He is primary responsibility is to manage the pre-installation integration of trunking and microwave systems and hands-on repair segment of the business. Joe joined NIC Technologies in 1999. |

John Dickus – CAD Engineer / InstallationsJohn is a Student of Architecture and 3D CAD. Currently he serves as the company draftsman memorializing system designs on CAD and a critical member of the installation staff. |

Jason Sparger- TechnicianJason served in the US Military for four years in the Army program specializing in wireless voice and data communications. Jason has joined the company only 1 year ago, however has become a critical member of the technical staff in the area of component level repair. |

Scott Gerrie – TechnicianScott has worked in the area of electronic repair for the past 20 years. Scott is an integral member of the installation and field service department. Scott has been a member of the NIC staff for 1 year.
